Our strategic objective consists of permanently responding to our clients’ requirements in a context of increasing variety and complexity as regards sales, products, manufacturing technology, markets and competition.
This objective is achieved by:

§ an efficient and constantly updated Quality Management System (QMS),
§ permanently listening to and taking account of information from our clients and from the professional environment (competitors, institutions, regulations, shareholders, staff etc.),
§ a reactive, innovative approach to the conception of products and processes that is adapted to requirements.
§ Systematically simplifying and standardising so as to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The Quality Policy and Objectives will be reviewed periodically in the Management Review, after having listened to clients’ needs and considered their level of satisfaction, with the aim of continually improving our QMS and dealing with any elements which do not conform.
